Participating in a night of Eucharistic adoration

The perpetual – day and night – prayer for Eucharist adoration is the mission of the Basilica. Every evening after closing doors at 11pm, Eucharistic adoration continues in the basilica, taken over in turn by those who have registered for the night (accommodated in the guesthouse).

How to register for a night of Eucharistic adoration?

Welcome to all for this beautiful experience of night adoration.

The night of adoration

Experiment this prayer before the Blessed Sacrament, as explained by the Benedictine Sisters of the Sacré-Coeur

Accommodation is at the guesthouse of the basilica, in a dormitory or single room, depending on your choice and availability. Bed linen is provided. Bath towel is provided only for room accommodation.

Register at least 24 hours in advance:

You shall receive confirmation of your registration by phone or email. If not, this means that we cannot accommodate you at the chosen date. After informing you, we will propose an alternative date.

Good to know

There are a lot of requests for the weekends and we have to refuse registrations every Friday and Saturday night. Please note however that we are often short of participants on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights. Think about it !

After registration, please be kind to let us know if you are unable to attend so that other people have a chance to sign in.

If you have never taken part in this night of prayer at the basilica, watch this video:

It is your task to be the sentinels of the morning who announce the arrival of the sun, which is the resurrected Christ.
The light of which Jesus speaks in the Scriptures is the light of faith, a gift from God, which brightens up the heart and enlightens mind.
The personal encounter with Christ sheds new light on our lives, puts us on the right path and commits us to bearing witness to him.
The new way of looking at the world and our fellow man, which comes from Him, allows us to penetrate more deeply the mystery of faith, which is an experience to assimilate, a truth to live, the salt and light of reality.

(John-Paul II)
