The Guesthouse Ephrem

     

" EPHREM " is the Guesthouse of the Basilica of The Sacred Heart of Montmartre, where Jesus Christ is worshipped in the Blessed Sacrament, day and night.

Next to the Basilica, the house welcomes all people who, either alone, with their family or in a group, want to pray or to come for a pilgrimage, as well as the people who want to join in the Eucharistic adoration during the day or at night , and also take part in the liturgical celebrations (Eucharist, celebration of the Divine Office).

The priests and the Benedictine sisters of the Sacred Heart of Montmartre carry out the service of prayer and welcome.

53 bedrooms :
- 9 with basin-shower-toilet (accessible to people in a wheelchair)
- 44 with basin-shower-toilet on upper floors.

About one hundred beds (Possibilities of individual or twin beds rooms)

You may take your meals in silence if you wish.

Timetable:
- breakfast between 7 h 30 and 8 h 30
- lunch 12 h 30
- dinner 19 h 30

You may meet a priest or a sister during your stay.

RULES

- The House is closed at 21 h 00
- it is requested not to smoke in the House.
- it is requested not to eat in the rooms,
- Please respect the meal times.
- At you departure, please give back the key and the magnetic card you received at your arrival.
- Compensation will be asked for any damage or broken material.
- Minors are requested to present an autorisation from their parents allowing them to stay here.
- A map for emergency evacuation in case of fire is displayed on each floor.

You can participate in days of recollection and retreat which are propsed.
Young people can also come and stay to help us " spirit of service ", alone or with a group.
